Product Delivery and Process The Seller undertakes to send the ordered products to the delivery address specified by the Buyer, within the announced periods, completely and in accordance with the order details. Right of Withdrawal The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via e-mail within this period. The returned product must be unused and with all its accessories. Authorized Courts Consumer courts and consumer arbitration committees are authorized in disputes that may arise between the parties. This contract enters into force upon completion of the order.
